Susan W.

Susan was born in Kansas but spent most of her younger years growing up in Garland. She became interested in dentistry while working part time during her first year in college at a local dental office. Encouraged by her boss and co-workers to pursue a career in dentistry, she changed her major from nursing to dental hygiene. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1980. She enjoys getting to know her patients personally and partnering with them to achieve optimal oral and systemic health.

Susan has been married to Brent her high school sweetheart for 44 years and has two sons. She enjoys camping, scuba, snow skiing and spending time in Colorado with their two grandsons.
